Static Park (Fields 7 & 8)
Pitch Fees: £3,366
Our Static Park is located in the middle section of Warren Farm, adjacent to our Games Field. This area is close to the main complex and a short walk to The Beachcomber. Bunnies Supermarket is located on Field 8. Please note we have plans to re-develop this area over the coming years, in order to provide more spacious pitches with improved landscaping.

Sunnyside Static Park (Field 9)
Pitch Fees: £3,690
Our Sunnyside Static Park is on Field 9, accessed via Sunnyside entrance. This area is a 10 minute walk to the main complex and The Beachcomber. Bunnies Supermarket is located nearby on Field 8.

Wyndham Park
Pitch Fees: £3,570
Wyndham Park is set in an exclusive area overlooking the beach. There are only a small number of plots in this beachfront location. This area is a short walk to Sunnyside and approximately half a mile to the main complex of Warren Farm.

Brean Down Inn Park
Pitch Fees: £3,762 (for a 9 month season)
Brean Down Inn Static Park is located behind the Brean Down Inn pub. This area is less than a 10 minute walk to the main complex and The Beachcomber. Bunnies Supermarket is located nearby on Field 8.
